At DrobCash, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, if applicable.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Items returned without prior contact or that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for the return process.
For returns made for other eligible reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
