Shipping policy
At DrobCash, we aim to deliver your Pokémon products and hobby collectibles as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time

- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (if tracking is available) with your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned due to undeliverable addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist you with tracking and carrier investigation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will help support you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
